This meeting reviews the outcomes of both Orchestra and Band Festivals, and addresses necessary provisions for the upcoming Special General Meeting. 46 new memberships are endorsed by the committee, and refinements to the proposed new Constitution are agreed upon.

This extended meeting dealt primarily with sharing feedback from four committee members who were witness to the National ABODA Board meeting and AGM in Melbourne, 2009. Many concerns were expressed, and a consensus position was reached on all identified issues. Final preparations for the Festivals were put into place.

This newly expanded committee, as endorsed by the National Board to oversee Constitutional reform for ABODA (WA), met principally to outline some of the options and issues relating to future of the Association. Various options were discussed, within the framework of a Constitution closely aligned to the current ABODA Victoria version.
Final preparations for the Festivals, and minor changes to the conditions of the Festivals were agreed to.
